The role
As a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex or vulnerable needs across the Cheshire East borough. You will provide regular one-to-one support in people’s homes and in the community, building trusting relationships and helping customers overcome challenges, access services, and develop the skills and confidence needed to sustain their tenancy. The role includes supporting with housing issues, income maximisation, budgeting, life skills, and navigating complex personal circumstances, while working closely with partner agencies, maintaining accurate records, and managing your own caseload effectively.
We are looking for a compassionate and committed individual who is motivated by making a genuine difference. You will be resilient, hardworking, and confident working independently, with the knowledge and experience to support customers towards greater stability, independence, and improved wellbeing.
