This is a Permanent, Salaried vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

As a Scheme Administrator you’ll provide administrative support to Concrete’s young person’s service. Working with the Scheme Manager, you’ll ensure that reporting data is up to date and void properties are ready to let in a timely manner. You’ll help the team provide the best possible support to customers by handling utilities, dealing with Housing Benefit enquiries, supporting to gather feedback and liaising with the local authority.

Job requirements

  • Provide administrative support to Concrete’s young person’s scheme.
  • Work alongside Concrete’s management team and assist with the collection and reporting of data for key contracts.
  • Support with areas such as gas and electric supply, complete meter readings, ordering stock, housing benefit enquiries, maintenance jobs, and assisting with fire risk assessment actions.
  • Support with new referrals, including assessments and room allocation.
  • Monitor the empty property (voids) list and assist the Scheme Manager in the management of empty properties.
  • Coordinate and assist with the collection of customer satisfaction surveys/feedback.
  • Develop and maintain recording systems that enables managers to have oversight on the service.
  • Support with any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Scheme Manager.

What we’re looking for

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or qualified by substantial experience in this area.
  • Experience of working as part of a team and having a ‘one team approach’ and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of what great customer service is.
  • Ability to fulfil contractual commitments for commissioned services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
  • Idea generation and implementation.
  • DBS check.
