The role
We are excited to launch a new Tenancy Sustainment Team joining Concrete in April 2022. We have numerous posts available for individuals with excellent customer service skills to join us in our mission of making homelessness history. We are running a rolling recruitment and will invite you to meet with us, if shortlisted, not long after you’ve sent your application.
You’ll provide an efficient, responsive and holistic housing management service for customers living or moving into semi-independent or community homes. You’ll support customers with property viewings, tenancy sign ups, benefit claims and provide move-on options advice.
